Becky is an executive and leadership coach with nearly a decade of experience and over 3,500 coaching hours. With a background in corporate leadership, project management (PMP certified), and financial services, she helps leaders and coaches build confidence, clarity, and impact.
As the founder of Fourward Progress Solutions, Becky specializes in coaching, strategy, and personal development, guiding individuals through transformational growth. She also serves as the Professional Development Co-Chair on the ICF Virginia Board and is pursuing her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.
When she’s not coaching, Becky enjoys hiking, traveling, and focusing on health and wellness. Whether you’re a leader, coach, or navigating change, she’s here to help you move forward with purpose.
